• Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. In most cases, orders are shipped sooner.

We ship to the following EU countries: Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, Portugal, and Italy.

• Service: Royal Mail First Class Signed For (or equivalent tracked service)
• Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch all EU orders within 3–5 working days.
• Delays: During busy periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer.
⚠️ Important Notice: EU shipping is temporarily on hold due to new regulations affecting shipments from the UK to Northern Ireland. We hope to resume this service soon
Please note that if a delivery is missed, refused, or sent to an incorrect address, we are required to arrange a new delivery. As a small business, we cover the cost of free delivery on orders over £70, and when a second attempt is needed, we unfortunately have to pay those costs again.
We have also experienced increasing issues with orders being shipped to mainland UK and then forwarded to Northern Ireland without our knowledge. When this happens, deliveries often fail, and it is assumed to be our fault, even though we were unaware of the redirection.
To help us manage these ongoing costs and continue offering free delivery, we will now require payment for any redelivery needed due to circumstances outside of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
