2. Returns Policy

    •    Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    •    Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless they are faulty or incorrect.​

    •    Customers must notify us of any damages, missing items, or incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving their delivery.

    •    Promotional and sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
